	Why should I use your services?

	Most important is that you have decided that you like the kind of work we have done for others. Then if you feel you can relate to us and you like our philosophy and prices, it would be up to you if you want to hire us.



	Who owns the copyright for work WOTE/The WB Group has done for me?
	The copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes. We are not into wanting to be watchdogs as to when you use your work or not. Its just easier to let you have it.

	I need something done yesterday, can you help me? We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is. To be fair to other clients, and our staff, if a job already in production is interrupted by a rush job, we reserve the right to add an additional fee, (a rush charge) on top of the normal price.


	How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
	A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you on CD, or through e-mail. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.

	Can you redo my existing logo/design?
	Yes, actually it's wise to update your logo if you feel it has lost its luster and appeal.
